Job summary

Qualifications
- Prior experience as forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential.
- Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks and repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base.
- Use field-based mobile technology to manage daily work schedule.
- Maintain accurate service records of work performed.
- Assist in the preparation of field-based quotes for customers.
- Keep up-to-date with automation and telematics developments.
- Perform routine maintenance and complete service work, both reactive and planned.
