Corporate Protection Australia is seeking an experienced Emergency Services Officer Team Leader to oversee the on-site emergency response and security teams. You will supervise crew performance, coordinate drills, and ensure compliance with client policies, safety standards, and government regulations during high-stress situations.

Based in the Blackwater/Emerald region, with a 7/7 roster and 12-hour shifts, the role offers two full-time opportunities with FIFO travel from Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Must have current MR Driver’s Licence.
• Certificate III in Emergency Response & Rescue – electives listed.
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or approved Skillset.
• Coal Board Medical with Mines Rescue.
• HLTAID014/HLTAID015 first aid and resuscitation certifications.
• Minimum 5 years in emergency response roles.
• Proof of Working Rights in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and mentor the emergency response crew.
• Monitor rosters and submit timesheets.
• Maintain readiness of emergency response skills and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain client vehicles and equipment.
• Provide on-site 24-hour first aid per protocols.
• Lead on-site training and incident response.
