Job summary

Alinta Energy is recruiting a Construction Supervisor to support the Reeves Plains Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project. You will act as the on-site representation, overseeing construction activities and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery.

You will monitor safety, quality and progress, maintain site records, and report to the Construction Manager while developing capabilities in project assurance and construction management

Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar site-based role.
• Experience delivering across infrastructure, energy, utilities, mining, industrial or major civil projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing contractors and maintaining strong field presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and contractor performance.
• Monitor works to ensure safety, quality and project compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture and proactively manage construction risks.
• Maintain field presence, provide construction assurance and site oversight.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers and stakeholders to support delivery.
• Maintain site records, monitor progress and provide regular reporting to the Construction Manager.
