• Electrical license (optional).

Responsibilities

• Test and prepare machinery before dispatch to customers.
• Demonstrate and train customers to run machines effectively.
• Manage on-site installations, commissioning, repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and provide solutions.
• Maintain detailed service reports and customer records.
