Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a Service Technician Service Specialist to join our NSW Service team. This hands‑on, field‑based role covers Sydney and regional NSW, supporting a broad customer base across commercial, health, education, and infrastructure environments.

Reporting to the NSW Service Team Leader, you will deliver technical service work across preventative maintenance, reactive service, minor upgrades, and small works.

Qualifications

• HVAC fundamentals and building services knowledge.
• Experience in service/maintenance environments with fault finding.
• Electrical Licence (Open or Restricted) is required.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and reactive service of building automation and HVAC control systems.
• Fault finding and rectification of control panels, field devices, networks, and software.
• Use of diagnostic tools and remote service platforms to identify and resolve issues.
• Evaluation of customer systems and providing technical recommendations.
• Supporting site safety activities including OH&S compliance and risk assessments.
• Assisting with minor works, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
• Providing technical input into quotes, planning, and service delivery where required.
• Maintaining accurate service records, reports, and customer documentation.
• Building strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
