Johnson Controls in Sydney is seeking an experienced BMS Technician to join our service team. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, servicing and breakdown support across a variety of customer sites, ensuring HVAC and BMS systems operate at peak efficiency.

Applicants should have 3+ years of BMS experience, a relevant apprenticeship, and an essential Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect Licence. A current driver’s licence and strong customer‑facing skills are required to deliver

Competenze

3+ years' experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) after apprenticeship.
Experience with building automation, energy management and mechanical services is required.
Current Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect Licence is essential.

Mansioni

Deliver preventive maintenance, servicing and breakdown support across diverse sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot BMS and HVAC control system issues to provide effective solutions.
Perform system diagnostics, fault finding and technical problem resolution.
Support small projects, upgrades and quoted works from scope to delivery.
Maintain and optimise installed BMS equipment for peak performance.
Build strong customer relationships through technical support and service delivery.
