Job summary

Salexo Consulting is seeking a relationship-driven Sales Representative to own the Sydney plumbing merchant and trade retail channel. The role is field-based, requiring regular face-to-face engagement at branches, with the aim of keeping our brand front of mind and growing the territory.

You’ll manage an established portfolio while expanding opportunities across Sydney, building long-term commercial relationships with branch staff, managers and owners, and driving product visibility through

Qualifications

• External sales or territory management experience.
• Experience with plumbing merchants or trade channels.
• Proven track record of growing accounts.
• Ability to engage from staff to owners.
• Strong territory management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow plumbing merchant and trade retail accounts.
• Build relationships across branches and serve as contact.
• Identify and convert new business in Sydney market.
• Increase product ranging and visibility in branches.
• Conduct product demonstrations and trainings.
• Develop structured call cycles for territory coverage.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver service.
