Job summary

MonJay Mezza is an Australian food manufacturer and distributor for Mediterranean products seeking two Sales Representatives. This field-based B2B role focuses on generating new business and growing sales.

You will identify potential retail customers, visit sites, present our range, and build lasting relationships with owners and buyers. A driver's licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based B2B sales or business development is preferred.
• Ability to identify and convert new retail opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable travelling to customer locations and managing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new retail business opportunities.
• Prospect for potential customers and generate new sales leads.
• Visit retail businesses and introduce the MonJay Mezza product range.
• Build relationships with business owners, buyers and decision-makers.
• Present and promote our range of dips, cheeses, spreads and other food products.
• Identify opportunities to have MonJay Mezza products stocked by new customers.
• Follow up leads and convert opportunities into customers.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing retail customers.
• Work toward sales targets and maintain accurate activity records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and orders.
