Job summary

Ora Banda Mining in Western Australia is seeking hands-on explorer personnel to support the Geological Team in field exploration, resource definition and exploration activities. You will assist with core preparation and drill-site rehabilitation as part of a small team with a strong safety focus.

Requirements include recent regional exploration experience, sampling and GPS/DGPS familiarity, and the ability to work unsupervised. WA C-class licence and other high-risk licences are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Recent and relevant regional exploration experience.
• Experience with Diamond Core and RC sampling (Highly Regarded).
• Hold a current WA C-class Driver’s Licence (manual).
• High risk work licence (forklift, loader, backhoe) (Highly Regarded).
• GPS and DGPS operation (Highly Regarded).
• Must have a strong safety focus.
• Ability to work effectively within a small team.
• Senior First Aid certificate desirable.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Excellent record keeping skills.

• Broad knowledge of exploration and mining processes
