Job summary

Truckline, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking an Account Manager for the Caboolture region. You will manage an established customer base, grow sales across fleet operators, workshops and transport businesses, and deliver outstanding service from field-based territory coverage.

Ideal candidates will have proven account management or territory sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Business Development, Territory Sales or an external sales role.
• Proven ability to grow sales and develop customer relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory.
• Experience within transport, trucking, automotive, industrial or related industries highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing an established customer portfolio
• Building strong relationships with fleet operators, workshops and transport businesses
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Developing territory and account growth plans
• Conducting regular customer visits and business reviews
• Promoting Truckline's extensive range of truck and trailer parts
• Working closely with branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
• Negotiating commercial outcomes that benefit both customers and the business
