Compass Fertility and Capital Hill Medical invite applications for a Patient Services Officer. This full-time role (part-time considered for the right candidate, 3-4 days per week) sits at the heart of patient care, coordinating between patients and Doctors, Nursing, Laboratory, and Financial Services to ensure a seamless experience.

• Strong communication skills with patients and team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls, direct inquiries, book appointments and schedule.
• Provide information about fertility services and fees; send cycle information.
• Process referrals, quotes, invoices, payments and maintain financial records.
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, and finance teams; maintain confidentiality.
