Job summary

Genea is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our Melbourne City Clinic in North Melbourne on a full-time basis. You will work in an office environment, interfacing with patients both in person and over the phone, providing frontline care throughout fertility treatment.

You will support patients with counselling, information flow, and coordination with doctors and scientists, while maintaining patient records and handling administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration is essential.
• Fertility nursing experience or counselling skills are highly desirable.
• Office-based role requires strong administration and IT competency.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face and phone patient interviews.
• Coordinate care with doctors and scientists to tailor treatment plans.
• Provide self-administration instructions for IVF drugs.
• Deliver results and provide patient support over the phone.
• Maintain accurate patient records and general administrative duties.
