Job summary

CBH in Western Australia is seeking an Administrator – Fertiliser Weighbridge to help coordinate vehicle movements, weighbridge access and fertiliser receivals while supporting the site team. You will enter operational data into systems, maintain site records, and communicate clearly with growers, transporters and staff.

The role emphasises safety, teamwork, and accurate administration within CBH's fertiliser operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to keep operations running smoothly.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with computer-based tasks.
• Willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle movements, parking instructions and weighbridge access to support safe and efficient fertiliser receivals.
• Accurately enter operational information into relevant systems and maintain reliable site documentation.
• Provide day-to-day administration support to the Manager – Fertiliser Operations and broader site team.
• Deliver clear communication to growers, grower representatives, transporters and site personnel.
• Follow CBH safe systems of work and assist with site safety, hygiene and administration activities.
