Job summary

Kelsian Group's SeaLink South East Queensland is hiring a Casual Car Parking Attendant to support operations across Cleveland, Redland Bay and Dunwich.

The role requires a self-motivated, energetic team player who can handle outdoor conditions, direct passengers, collect boarding passes, and maintain radio contact with the vessel crew.

You will work with flexible hours including weekdays, weekends and public holidays, delivering friendly service and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with diverse people in a busy environment.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear directions to passengers boarding or during boarding operations.
• Ensure boarding passes are collected from each passenger.
• Maintain radio communication with vessel crew.
• Follow instructions of the vessel Master.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Assist with loading standby passengers per company policy.
• Assist with duties such as collecting café stock and restocking brochures.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and stand/walk for long periods.
• Ensure safe and secure operations at all times.
