Job summary

Right at Home Sydney Inner West is seeking passionate Female Personal Care Workers to join our in-home care team in Sydney. This role requires ownership of a car and a valid licence, a Cert III/IV in aged care, and certifications like First Aid/CPR, WWCC, and police checks.

Vaccinations and Covid-19 precautions are expected, with shifts between 6am and 6pm across weekdays. We reward staff with our Right about You program, offering fitness, mindfulness, and shopping discounts, plus recognition

Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent.
• Police check clearances required.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a car.
• Female carers preferred for this role.
• Covid-19 vaccination completed (2x).
• Ability to communicate at a basic English level.
• Availability Mon-Fri between 6am–6pm with at least 4 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care to clients in Sydney Inner West.
• Assist with daily living tasks to support independence.
• Support clients to maintain quality of life and wellbeing.
