Bindaree Food Group is seeking a motivated candidate for its 12-month Feedlot Graduate Program at Myola Feedlot, Croppa Creek, NSW. You’ll work alongside industry professionals from day one, building hands‑on skills across nutrition, animal welfare, business management and leadership.

Over the year you will learn from accredited nutritionists, gain exposure to feedlot health practices, and access industry resources.

Qualifications

• Curiosity, energy and genuine interest in agriculture.
• Recent tertiary qualification in Animal Science, Agricultural Science or Agribusiness Management.
• Strong communication skills and leadership potential.
• Positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude under challenge.
• Full working rights in Australia is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside professionals, mentors and grads to gain hands-on skills in nutrition, animal welfare, business management and leadership.
• Learn cattle nutrition with accredited nutritionists.
• Observe animal health through onsite veterinary practices and health management.
• Access peak body subscriptions and feedlot-specific training and career resources.
• Involve in sourcing and procuring feedlot cattle.
• Understand environmental compliance, quality assurance and feedlot systems.
• Develop leadership by understanding effective team dynamics and culture.
