Job summary

Department of Justice in Western Australia is seeking a dynamic Feedback and Information Officer to join the Public Trustee's executive team to manage and draft responses to feedback and correspondence, and to edit, update and maintain publications, social media, website content and other digital assets.

This hands‑on role focuses on delivering clear, engaging content for clients, staff and stakeholders, while coordinating with colleagues and external partners to support flexible, accessible

  • High level writing and editing skills – able to craft clear, engaging content for a wide range of audiences and channels.
  • Effective interpersonal skills – able to engage well in verbal communication and build and maintain effective collaborative relationships across teams and with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated organisational and coordination skills – able to manage competing priorities and deliver high quality work within short timeframes and under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and draft responses to feedback and correspondence.
  • Edit, update and maintain publications, social media, website content and other digital assets.
  • Develop, manage and deliver internal and external communication services, publications and promotions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and the broader team to ensure clear, consistent messaging.

We’re looking for a dynamic communicator to join our high performing Executive team to manage and draft responses to feedback and correspondence; and edit, update and maintain publications, social media, website content and other digital assets of the Public Trustee.

As a Feedback and Information Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting clear, consistent and engaging content that connects with our clients, staff, stakeholders, and community.

This hands‑on role is perfect for someone with the energy and drive to develop, manage and deliver internal and external communication services, publications and promotions, while working closely with stakeholders and the broader team.

Eligibility

To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
