Job summary

FinXL is recruiting an experienced .NET Developer to join our Software Engineering consulting practice and deliver major enhancements for a Federal Government client. You will become a key member of the team deployed on a high-profile transformation project with an NV1 clearance required.

Responsibilities include SDLC participation, C# and SQL backend development, automated build/deploy scripting, and collaborative agile work using Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Active NV1 security clearance mandatory prior to commencement.
• Experience with C#, web API, and SQL backend development.
• Strong background in automated build and deployment scripting in .NET.
• Proven experience with cloud-based applications development and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to produce well-designed, documented, and testable code with peer reviews.
• Excellent communication skills to manage geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the SDLC to develop and enhance C# based, n-tier enterprise software.
• Develop automated application build and deployment scripts using .NET technologies.
• Utilise Agile Methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps for software development.
• Liaise with technical and business staff to rapidly resolve production faults.
• Provide analysis on complex issues to contribute to project management and policy.
• Make decisions governed by legislation, regulations, and best practice principles.
