PMC Direct is a growing Australian healthcare products supplier. We are seeking Warehouse Pickers & Packers to join our team in Melbourne to accurately pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.

This hands-on role suits someone who works quickly, checks details and contributes as part of a busy warehouse. You will handle stock, assist with stocktakes, maintain a safe workspace, and follow health and safety procedures.

Job description

Warehouse Pickers & Packers – Multiple Positions

Working as part of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy warehouse environment, takes pride in getting orders right and is reliable and ready to contribute as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

Check products and quantities against customer orders

Label, pack and prepare orders for dispatch

Receive, unpack and put away incoming stock

Replenish picking locations as required

Assist with stocktakes and inventory control

Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse

Follow workplace health and safety procedures

Work as part of the warehouse team to meet daily dispatch requirements

About you

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Accurate with strong attention to detail

Able to safely undertake the manual handling and physical requirements of the role, including lifting and moving cartons

Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment

Organised and able to follow picking and packing instructions accurately

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Positive, practical and willing to help wherever required

Current forklift licence preferred but not essential

Previous warehouse, picking and packing or distribution experience is preferred, although we will consider candidates with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
