Job summary

Cost Price Supplements is seeking a casual Pick Packer & Production Assistant to join our Brisbane warehouse. You will primarily pick and pack orders, stock and assist with production when needed, contributing to efficient, accurate deliveries.

Ideal candidates have warehousing experience, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. Forklift is a bonus, but not essential; the role supports a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous pick packing or warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work
• Cares about the customer experience and is willing to go the extra mile
• Happy to support team mates and help out wherever needed
• Confident using handheld scanners and basic computer systems
• Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25kg
• Reliable and punctual
• Forklift licence is a plus, but not essential

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and checking online customer orders accurately and on time
• Labelling cartons and preparing orders and paperwork for dispatch
• Inspecting stock for damaged, incorrect or short-dated items before dispatch
• Receiving deliveries and checking them against invoices, delivery dockets and purchase orders
• Recording received goods in our inventory system
• Putting stock away, restocking pick locations and following correct stock rotation
• Taking part in weekly stocktakes and reporting any discrepancies
• Keeping the warehouse and packing areas clean, organised and hygienic
• Helping in production when required, in line with our food safety standards

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable casual Pick Packer & Production Assistant to join our warehouse team. Most of your time will be spent picking and packing customer orders, with receiving deliveries and keeping stock organised also forming a big part of the role. You’ll also lend a hand with production when needed.

Key responsibilities

Picking, packing and checking online customer orders accurately and on time

Labelling cartons and preparing orders and paperwork for dispatch
