Job summary

OneHarvest is seeking Food Production Workers for Christmas Casual roles in our fresh produce operation in Australia. You will join fast-paced production lines, ensure quality and reliability, and work in a cold room environment at 2°C–4°C.

The role requires the ability to work quickly to hit KPI targets, manual and repetitive tasks, and reliable transport. Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is desirable, and punctuality is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older for health and safety requirements.
• Able to work at a very fast pace with a focus on achieving KPI’s
• The role is manual and repetitive in nature therefore physical fitness is a must
• Previous experience within FMCG or Manufacturing is highly desirable
• Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transport

Responsibilities

• Working in fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliability
• Awareness and high regards in food safety, and quality assurance
• Work in a cold room environment (2oC- 4oC)
• Working closely with the team to ensure machines are running effectively
