Job summary

You will supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff, manage stock and supplier relations, ensure food safety standards, handle rostering, and maintain exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in hospitality, business management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 1-3 years of relavent experience.
• Experience managing or supervising a fast-food, retail business.
• Strong knowledge of customer service standards.
• Experience supervising and coordinating staff in a busy hospitality environment.
• Ability to manage stock, ordering, wastage, and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fast-food outlet.
• Supervise, train, and support kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Allocate duties, prepare staff rosters, and monitor staff performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries or complaints.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, portion control, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and company procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and liaise with suppliers as required.
• Control wastage and assist with monitoring food and operating costs.
• Maintain appropriate records relating to sales, stock, staff, and daily operations.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures and ensure the premises are maintained to a high standard.
• Assist with implementing operational procedures and improving store efficiency.
• Ensure staff follow established recipes, preparation methods, service procedures, and workplace policies.

At least 1- 3 years of relavent experience. Demonstrated experience managing or supervising a fast-food, retail business. Strong knowledge of customer service standards.

Experience supervising and coordinating staff in a busy hospitality environment. Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage stock, ordering, wastage, and day-to-day operational requirements. Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining quality standards.
