Fashionata is seeking a Sales Coordination professional to support seasonal buying, wholesale, and ecommerce operations across GAP Australia and associated brands. You will coordinate range selections, pricing, line sheets and product data, while partnering with major retailers and GAP international teams to deliver seasonal plans.

The role requires 3–5 years in a related field, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales coordination, wholesale, buying administration, merchandising or a similar role.

Responsabilités

• Support seasonal buying across Men’s, Women’s, Kids and Baby, coordinating range selections, line sheets, pricing, size curves and product information.
• Work closely with major retail partners including Myer and THE ICONIC, managing day-to-day operational requirements and supporting the execution of seasonal plans.
• Coordinate wholesale and ecommerce orders from selection through to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timely submissions and effective communication across stakeholders.
• Monitor stock movements, coordinate deliveries and work with warehouse and logistics partners to resolve operational issues.
• Support product launches, online product setup, imagery and product enrichment across growing digital channels.
• Prepare sales reports, analyse product performance and maintain commercial trackers to support informed decision-making.
• Work directly with GAP's international teams on seasonal product information, operational requirements and order coordination.
• Coordinate operational activities across support teams, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and help build scalable processes as the business grows.
