Forever New is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our brand-new Rouse Hill store in New South Wales. You will lead a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences from day one while supporting the Store Manager with coaching and development.

You will thrive in a fashion-forward, fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving targets, roster management, and visual merchandising to ensure a standout store launch and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Proven retail store leadership experience.
• Track record of achieving sales, wage and target goals.
• Passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Exposure to performance management processes.
• Strong communicator focused on customer service.
• Ability to manage rosters effectively.
• Visual merchandising capability.
• Willingness to work late nights, public holidays and weekends.
