Ally Fashion is an Australian-based multi-brand retailer offering value, quality and on-trend outfits. We’re seeking a Production Assistant to join our Buying team and support the development and production process from sampling through to bulk delivery.

You’ll coordinate garment production, assist with purchase orders and production trackers, and track samples with suppliers to keep timelines on track. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for fashion will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Passion for fashion and production processes.
• Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day garment production with the team.
• Assist with purchase orders, production trackers and timelines.
• Track samples and follow up with suppliers on production updates.
• Maintain accurate product costing and production information.
• Assist with packaging, labeling and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Buying to ensure on-time delivery.
