We're working with an incredible client and searching for an exceptional retail leader, influencer and sales driver to manage a high-volume business where team coaching, commercial performance and operational excellence are everything.

Suited to candidates from bustling stores, fast-paced flagship fashion, sporting retailers, specialty retail or other high-volume environments, your performance will be measured by not only the financial and commercial results you achieve, but the immediate impact on morale, standards and engagement of your team.

Success in this role comes from knowing where your time creates the greatest impact: leading through others to balance operational priorities and making fast, accurate decisions to ensure every part of your business is performing at its peak.
