Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana, Inc. is seeking Clothing Processors for our Fort Wayne stores. You will act as the quality control for our stores, sorting and grading donations, pricing items for the salesfloor, and assisting customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months working experience required.
• No specialized educational requirements; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Sorts, hangs, tags and sizes donations according to established guidelines.
• Meets established production standards.
• Keeps production area orderly throughout business hours.
• Refers customer problems to management.
• Heavy lifting, pushing and pulling required.
• Handles all aspects of customer service in a professional manner.
• Follows all safety rules and practices.
• Performs all other duties as may be assigned by management in the process of carrying out the mission of Goodwill Industries.
• In order to promote customer and donor satisfaction it is mandatory for employees who come in contact with the public to maintain a positive work outlook and to project a pleasant, courteous, and helpful demeanor at all times when dealing with customers, donors, co workers, and clients.
