Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Donation Attendant to maximize store profitability through donor service, accurate donation records, and efficient material handling.

You will greet donors, issue receipts, sort donations, move items to the sales floor, and assist with loading/unloading trailers, all while following safety rules and 5S practices. No experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, issue receipts, and help sort donations.
• Move donations and salvage to keep merchandise flowing to the sales floor.
• Support production by anticipating needs.
• Price items using good/better/best method.
• Unload furniture safely from donor vehicles and place in store.
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers, donors.
• Accurately record donation counts and receipts.
• Operate non-powered and powered equipment for moving containers.
• Assist with loading/unloading trailers.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Uphold core values.
