Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana, Inc. is seeking Retail Associates for our Fort Wayne, IN stores. You will help customers, operate the POS, and keep the sales floor organized with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• No specialized educational requirements; will train.
• Minimum of three months working experience required.
• Subject to background check and able to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Operates cash register, gives correct change and receipt.
• Maintains floor and fitting rooms; stocks merchandise.
• Assists customers, answers questions and provides friendly service.
• Sorts, hangs and tags donations; processes purchases at POS.
• Supports security and safety procedures; follows company policies.
