Job summary

APG Workforce is seeking reliable workers for a poultry processing role near Geelong, Bannockburn, VIC. The position requires standing most of the shift, heavy lifting, and willingness to work on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities include bending to pick up chickens up to 5kg, egg collecting, sorting and grading eggs, and moving trolleys. On-site, outdoor farm environment with training provided.

About you:

• Have current driver’s license and reliable transport due to remote farm location.
• Do not own any poultry, birds and pigs.
• Strong safety focuses and quarantine awareness.
• Good time management, be punctual and hardworking;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Must be reliable!

You need to be able to work outdoors in a farm condition and be flexible with your start time. We are looking to hire someone to commence as soon as possible. Hourly casual rate is $32.18 per hour.
