As the business continues to expand, the family is seeking a permanent Farm Operations Supervisor / Manager to help lead its dryland cropping and contracting operation. The enterprise produces wheat, barley, canola and faba beans, while also providing contract machinery services and freight cartage across the local area.
This is more than a machinery role. It's an opportunity to take ownership, strengthen your leadership skills and become a valued voice in the future of a successful farming business.
If you're newer to supervision, you'll have a clear and supported pathway to grow. If you already have leadership experience, you'll have the freedom to contribute practical ideas, improve systems and help guide a growing operation. Either way, you'll have a genuine seat at the table.

You’ll enjoy this role if you like variety, take pride in a well run operation and want your contribution to be recognised. You’ll bring practical cropping knowledge, solid machinery operation and maintenance skills, and the initiative to keep work moving safely and efficiently. Experienced supervisors and early career farm operations managers are both encouraged to apply.
In return you’ll get a generous flat hourly rate matched to your experience, comfortable air conditioned accommodation, a work utility and practical family friendly benefits, including primary and high school bus access. Well controlled domestic pets are welcome, and West Wyalong is close by for shopping, health care, sport, recreation and community connection.
