HR Partners is seeking a dynamic Farm Insurance Specialist (Field Based) to work across Bathurst, Orange, Lithgow, Blayney and surrounds. Your office travels with you as you visit farms, perform on-site risk analyses, and tailor insurance solutions that protect rural families.

You will own and expand your patch, building strong relationships with farmers through in-person expertise, while driving growth by converting leads into lasting partnerships within the agriculture community.

Qualifications

• Local knowledge of Bathurst/NSW farming communities.
• Demonstrated interest or background in Agriculture.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a pipeline.
