Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Farm Insurance Specialist to operate across Central West NSW, visiting farms for on-site risk analysis and tailored solutions while building a robust rural client portfolio.

You’ll strengthen community ties, work hands-on in the field, and convert leads into long-term partnerships, with a company car, hybrid flexibility, and RG146 training support.

Qualifications

• Local Knowledge: You are currently residing in Launceston or surrounding areas. Local roots matter.
• Ag-Fluent: You have a demonstrated background, exposure, or a deep interest in the Agriculture sector.
• Sales Grit: You've worked to targets before. You know how to identify new business, manage a pipeline, and close a deal.
• Stability &Commitment: We are looking for someone who wants to plant roots and commit long term.

Farm Insurance Specialist - Central West NSW

Locations: Bathurst | Orange | Lithgow | Blayney & Surrounds

This isn't a "sit-behind-a-desk" role. It's a dynamic, on-the-road sales and service position where your office changes every day. You'll be out in the community, building genuine relationships and delivering risk solutions that actually make a difference to rural families.

About You (The Essentials)

The Payoff

• On Offer: Up to $127K pkg (subject to exp) Variable Rem + health and welfare benefits.
• Vehicle: Tools of trade including company car

• Extra: Insurance experience is a plus, however, we'll back the right person. If you have a background in Ag-Banking, Sales and Customer service with a strong connection to the farm community, we'll pay for your RG146 and provide full training.
