Job summary

The role requires strong communication, GIS proficiency, agronomy knowledge, and the ability to engage and influence staff. A valid driver’s license and a proven track record in livestock infrastructure are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
• Physically fit for outdoor work and terrain.
• Experience operating heavy machinery and maintaining equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and GIS mapping tools.
• Valid driver’s license and sober habits.
• Experience in land development including tree clearing, burning, raking, ploughing and erosion prevention.
• Knowledge of farming, agronomy, and livestock infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land development activities and ensure safety standards.
• Manage farming operations and daily activities on site.
• Coordinate station capital improvements and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance across the site.
• Oversee machinery management and maintenance.
• Track performance metrics and report results.
• Leverage technology and maintain clear communication channels.
