Zusammenfassung

Danila Dilba Health Service invites applications for a Family Support Worker to collaborate with the Child Health Nurse and families across DDHS clinical services. You will support and coordinate the child health program, encourage engagement in neurodevelopmental screening, and promote child safety and family wellbeing through a trauma-informed, culturally respectful approach.

The role is full-time, fixed term until 29 June 2027, located at various sites in the NT.

Qualifikationen

• Maintain confidentiality and follow workplace policies.
• Work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care.
• Support families with scheduling and engagement in screenings.
• Understand social determinants affecting Aboriginal health.
