Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to a team of Family Services Practitioners.
• Deliver casework and in-home support to families.
• Develop tailored support plans and strengthen parenting capacity and family relationships.
• Collaborate with the Coordinator Family Services on quality practice development.
