Uniting is seeking a Social Worker for the Family Services Strengthening Families stream in Croydon, VIC. This max-term role supports children, young people and families to stay safe and thrive, with referrals via The Orange Door.

You will coordinate case management, connect families to services, and address concerns affecting parenting, including mental health, AOD and family violence, under the CYFA framework.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability in child, youth and family welfare.
• Experience with vulnerable families and adolescents.
• Strong knowledge of Best Interests Case Practice Model and CYFA 2005.
• Advanced understanding of child development, trauma and attachment.
