CatholicCare Tasmania seeks a Family and Relationship Counsellor to support individuals, couples and families across the lifespan. The role involves providing counselling, group work, and family support, with a focus on disadvantaged or at-risk clients and timely intervention for EAP services.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in family and relationship counselling, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary

Formación

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• Detailed knowledge of issues impacting children, young people and families, including mental health and related challenges.
• Demonstrated experience in relationship and family counselling, including working with children individually.

Responsabilidades

• Provide focused psychological strategies to individuals across the lifespan.
• Work with couples on relationship issues or separation.
• Provide parenting skills and education sessions.
• Deliver family counselling and work with children and young people.
• Provide timely counselling for EAP clients.
