Job summary

Fairbank Lawyers Pty Ltd in Melbourne's CBD is seeking a keen family lawyer to join our boutique practice. We require a minimum of 2 years PAE in family law, with part-time options (minimum 3 days/week) for candidates with at least 5 years PAE.

You will handle a diverse range of family law matters, including court litigation, and work closely with the Principal who is an Accredited Family Law Specialist.

Qualifications

We are looking for a keen family lawyer and team player to join our boutique practice (minimum of 2 years PAE in family law).

We have a full-time position available, however, candidates seeking a part-time position (no less than 3-days per week) will also be considered (minimum 5 years PAE if so).

You will be working on a diverse range of family law matters (including litigated matters in Court) and alongside the firm's Principal who is an Accredited Family Law Specialist.

• Familiarity with legal practice management software, e-Brief Ready and electronic file management.
