Job summary

A leading investigation firm in Sydney is seeking skilled Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations. This role offers autonomy and variety in your workday, with opportunities for full-time, casual, or contracting positions. Candidates must hold a Certificate III in Investigations and have excellent communication skills. Competitive remuneration and flexible work arrangements are provided.

Qualifications

• Hold a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E).
• Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
• Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Sydney metro.

• Prepare and draft factual reports.

Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Sydney! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!

We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.

The Role

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Sydney metro and a proportion of work across Greater Sydney and NSW;
• Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
• Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
• Prepare and draft factual reports.
  
  

About You:

• Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E);
• Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
• Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred;
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
• If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
