Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a Factory Worker to join the production team in Sydney on a casual basis, with an immediate start. The role involves assembling roller and Venetian blinds, measuring and preparing materials, and maintaining safety and quality in a hands-on environment.

You will work weekday hours with a consistent schedule, receive a casual hourly rate plus superannuation, and benefit from full on-the-job training within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ability to measure and cut materials.
• Good attention to detail and precision.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Previous factory, manufacturing or assembly experience is advantageous.

An established business within the window furnishings industry is seeking a reliable and hands-on Factory Worker to join their production team on a casual basis, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble roller and Venetian blinds, curtain tracks and related products
• Measure, cut and prepare materials and components
• Use basic hand tools and factory equipment safely
• Check finished products for quality and accuracy
• Package, label and prepare orders for dispatch

Skills & Experience

• Strong practical skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Comfortable working with measurements and repetitive tasks
• Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Previous factory, manufacturing or assembly experience is advantageous
