Job summary

Seek.com.au in Carrum Downs is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team. The role involves assembling aluminum blinds and awnings and performing general factory tasks.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, able to lift up to 25kg, have good hand tool skills, and can read and understand basic paperwork. Experience with aluminum products or factory environments is a plus.

We are a leading manufacturer in Carrum Downs, seeking an assembler.

The role involves assembling aluminum blinds and awnings, andgeneral factory work

The ideal candidate will be;

Physically fit

Able to lift up to 25kg

Have excellent hand tool skills

Ableto read, write and understand basic paperwork

Able to read measurements

Have a”can do” attitude

Be a team player

Experience working with aluminum products or within a factory environment is an advantage.

The position is initially casual for up to 38 hours per week , with the option of full time after a probation period.

The hours of work are 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday with some Saturday work during the summer months.
