Job summary

National Workforce is seeking reliable Production Operators/Assemblers for a busy Seven Hills manufacturing site. You will cut, prepare and assemble blinds and shutters to specifications, meeting daily targets in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Role offers consistent full-time hours on a casual basis with potential to move to permanent after 3–6 months based on performance. Training and support provided, located in Seven Hills.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut blinds, shutters and related materials to required specifications.
• Operate cutting machines and production equipment safely and accurately.
• Assemble blinds and shutters according to job specifications and measurements.
• Fit components including brackets, rails, tracks, cords and operating mechanisms.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and finishing tasks.
• Trim, adjust and modify products to ensure an accurate fit.
• Check measurements and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow production plans, work orders and customer specifications.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
• Package completed blinds and shutters ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the cutting, preparation and assembly of blinds and shutters, ensuring finished products meet required measurements, specifications and quality standards.
