Tyree Transformers in Narellan, NSW, is seeking a Factory Hand to join our growing production team. Full-time roles on Day and Afternoon shifts offer hands-on work across assembly, tooling and safety-minded tasks.

You will follow instructions, support quality standards, and contribute to a clean, efficient factory environment. Prior production experience helps, forklift licence beneficial; training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Attention to details and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Strong safety mindset and attitude.
• Production/manufacturing assembly experience is beneficial but not essential.
• A current Forklift Licence is beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Complete manual handling tasks across multiple workstations.
• Operate basic machinery and power tools.
• Assemble parts onto sub-assemblies and finished product.
• Contribute to a safe and clean working environment.
• Adhere to quality and productivity guidelines.
