Job summary

National Workforce Pty Ltd is seeking candidates for hands-on production roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on the Central Coast. Day and afternoon shifts are available, with immediate starts for suitable applicants.

You will operate production machinery, assist with assembly, monitor quality, and maintain a safe workspace. A forklift licence is helpful but not essential, and a strong work ethic with reliability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is highly desirable.
• A current forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
• Batching experience an advantage.
• Strong work ethic and a reliable approach to work.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
• Reliable transport and availability for day or afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery and equipment.
• Assisting with assembly, processing and general production tasks.
• Monitoring product quality and ensuring work meets required standards.
• Manual handling and moving materials as required.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
