Job summary

Factory HandVIC in Campbellfield is seeking a dependable Factory Hand for immediate start. You will assist with die cutting and foam part fabrication, perform quality checks, and help with general housekeeping. The role requires physical fitness and the ability to lift 15–25 kg.

Working hours are Mon-Thu 8:00–16:30 and Fri 8:00–15:20, including 40 min unpaid and 15 min paid breaks. Training will be provided to learn various machines and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift 15–25 kg.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours per day.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and learning new processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with die cutting and hand fabrication of foam parts.
• Perform quality checks (training provided).
• Unload containers and handle pallets; maintain cleanliness.
