Job summary

Aligned Leisure in Melbourne is seeking a Head of Facilities, Safety & Environment to lead asset management, risk, safety and aquatic supervision across our facilities. You will drive operational excellence, policy compliance, staff training and service delivery in line with our customer-first philosophy.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on oversight, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in aquatic and asset management desirable
• Pre-employment checks may include Police Check and Working with Children’s Check
• Must hold or be willing to attain First Aid, CPR and Lifeguard qualifications
