$93,813 – $103,551 salary package - includes base salary ( ($82,653 - $91,233), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (pro-rata if part time)

The Facilities Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive facilities and asset management services across a cluster of TAFE NSW sites. The role liaises with contracted service providers and undertakes a range of activities including minor maintenance and repairs, security access, emergency response, stock control, distribution, and systems administration. The position plays an important role in ensuring high standards of customer service, safety, compliance, and campus amenity are maintained. Applicants will utilise facilities management systems, coordinate and support contractors on site, and assist with the delivery of day-to-day operational and maintenance activities.
This is a temporary part-time position based at TAFE NSW's Orange campus. Occasional travel between multiple TAFE NSW campuses across the Orange region.
We are looking for driven, proactive and self-motivated Facilities Officers with demonstrated experience in applying knowledge of property, building or trades related industry to liaise with contractors, monitor work standards and compliance and perform minor maintenance tasks.
You have excellent organisational and administrative skills, a can-do positive attitude, and are self-directed and accountable. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative.
