Job summary

JLL in Canberra is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across owned and leased properties. You will act as the central liaison between our client, service providers and internal teams, ensuring service excellence, safety and operational integrity.

This role emphasizes stakeholder management, CMMS oversight, capital works, and financial performance, with opportunities to mentor staff and uphold JLL's ORM program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities or property management.
• Strong oral and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HSSE requirements and Australian Standards.
• Ability to manage multiple complex operational tasks with deadlines.
• Australian citizenship with ability to obtain security clearances (preferred).
• Exposure to government or corporate sector clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for property services, coordinating with central FM team and stakeholders.
• Manage work requests through CMMS within SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee contractor performance, capital works, and compliance tasks per PAMP.
• Manage site financial operations and respond to after‑hours Emergencies.
• Support team development and maintain ORM program.
