Job summary

BGRE seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to drive hard services across a diverse portfolio in Australia. You will lead budgeting, reporting, and KPI delivery while coordinating subcontractors and contracts.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in a facilities management role in a building/facilities environment.
Experience with scoping, tendering and documenting subcontracts is essential.
Degree or trade equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead on strategic and operational delivery of Hard Facilities Services across the portfolio.
Manage budgets, prepare reports, and monitor KPI performance under Agreements.
Coordinate contractor management, bidding, and contract administration.
Ensure safety, compliance and high-performing facility operations.
Maintain stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement.
